    YOGA for INMATES

Comet Yoga is pleased to be involved with Freeing the Human Spirit, a program that takes yoga and meditation into jails and prisons in Ontario. trained and was certified as a registered yoga teacher in London, UK, where she taught private and corporate clients. She is particularly interested in working with people who are new to yoga or who’ve had discouraging experiences with it (like she did!).

Comet Yoga

is a safe, inclusive space for all people to explore a yoga practice that suits them. Props, options, and modifications are the norm, and accessibility and nonjudgement are the ground values. It’s a studio for folks who are not hotshots or Instagram-perfect. We also provide a low-sensory atmosphere and experience.
